At Crystal Panes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our work and are committed to ensuring our clients are happy with the results. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service you receive, we encourage you to contact us within 14 days of your appointment so we can make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a free re-clean of any missed or unsatisfactory areas or provide a partial or full refund where appropriate. Please note that refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine the best resolution based on the nature of the concern.

Refunds are not issued for issues caused by pre-existing damage, poor window conditions (such as oxidation or hard water staining), or for complaints made beyond 14 days of service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, unless otherwise agreed upon.

To request a refund or correction, please contact us directly with your name, service date, and a brief explanation of the issue. We appreciate your trust in us and will do everything we can to resolve your concern quickly and professionally.
